It's not ageism to point out when an adult is acting like a toddler, and being taken aback by it, because we are in fact supposed to grow out of that kind of behavior. But by all means, ruin a very necessary and serious term that's used in medical and employment contexts because you're annoyed people call out an adult's shitty behavior.

Exactly! Ageism isn’t just when an adult is criticized for acting immature.
