Wrong place, but I'll play.

Patrick Stewart/Hugh Jackman X-men movies are top tier. They take a lot of liberties, particularly with Wolverine, but they capture the spirit of the characters while doing so.

Worst adaptation, the Tim Burton version of Planet of the Apes. It was... not great at all.

The original Planet of the Apes wasn't great either, so there's that.

Still love the 1994 adaptation (the one with Winona Ryder) of Little Women the best. It's not super accurate to the book (which I also love) but I always feel like it nailed the vibe/feeling/heart of the story.

I didn't like the newer adaptation very much. It just didn't feel as... full of heart somehow? IDEK. I don't have a specific reason for not liking it.

I'm still stuck on the 1936 version.
