Ya gettit yet? The new information on all of them has meant you can't go back and look at their old works in the same fond light. If Chibnall and Kurtzman had been content only to go forward, and not overwrite old stuff, then nobody would give a shit because their changes could eventually be fixed by some other future creator. But by shoving their changes so deep into prior canon, we can't fix it or ignore it. That is what makes them Savilles, Cosbys, and Glitters, they too are unignorable in respect to the earlier work thanks to the later information.
