If you go on YouTube and search for him, you'll find an audio clip of him doing lines from stuff like Metal Gear Awesome. My favorite boost for a bad day is to listen to him saying "Oh, hotness, I wanna bang you!" in the Snake voice.

Really?.. I'm sure it was a completely different dude doing all the voices in 'Metal Gear Awesome'.. unless you mean the actual D.H. messing about for fun... in which case, I'll implode with joy.

Also, did you see his interview with Ultraneko on YouTube. She's awesome and has done interviews with many other MGS voice performers. :D

If you like that, you'll LOVE this. David actually dressed up as Solid Snake to help present the Spacey Award (whatever those are) for the best video game of 2006. Considering that it was given to my all-time favorite VG franchise, my exact reaction was, "...I think I just had a fangasm."

Meh. Nobody should be playing Snake except David. And I just don't see Christian Bale in that role at ALL.

We're suffering from the classic 'there are only five actors' syndrome.. there's plenty of talent. I wish they steer away from repetitive famous faces and cast a relative unknown who'd be perfect.

If they went with an unknown, I'd be okay with that. But of all the known Hollywood heartthrobs, the ONLY one I can see as being acceptable is Hugh Jackman. Even DH himself (who is friends with Hugh) said that's who he'd like to see play Snake in a live-action movie.

Hugh... he's great as Wolverine, but is yet another one of those people who are in too much stuff. You just get bored of them. :/ He's great... but yeah, not ideal.

Wah! I want an MGS movie already!.. .. We've technically had four already for all those awesome cutscenes.

Yeah, I think I would rather see an unknown in the role. Although I'd be perfectly happy with an animated MGS movie (so they could get his butt juuuust right) and DH doing the voice acting.

I mean, how else are they going to get just the right Otacon?

That butt is as epic as his growl... who could ever emulate it accurately enough in real life?
Animated film, yeah.. that could work. The technology has advanced somewhat, and we could still have the original voice cast on it.. How awesome would that be? :D
