I don't often have m/f ships. But there's a recent one I really like so I thought I'd check out the fandom.

Why are there so many posts about babies? The couple has been on one date. One.

IME M/F ship fandoms generally come in one of two flavors, either super normie, or super BDSM bad boy fuck-a-thon.

There is a third flavor that has shown up a lot in my fandoms, Awesome Lady Pegs the Inferior Male.

And that's why I don't read het anymore. Not that there's no mpreg in slash, but at least it's tagged.

NAYRT--although I'm sure it exists, I've never seen mpreg in 2 out of 3 of my M/F OTPs. I've seen pegging in 2/3, including the fandom with mpreg fics, but pegging=/=mpreg. Those are two different kinks. And I've never seen either untagged, including in the one that was a fandom juggernaut for awhile.
