How is Not!Secret 6 not secret? It seems like one of the juiciest fandom secrets ever, if true.

How is it this person's secret? It's taking a celebrity and making up something that could be true or false and declaring it a secret. I could claim to be Steven Spielberg and say OMG X AND Y WERE TTLY DATING, but that's... not a secret, that's random gossip.

She says she worked on the crew though, so she has inside information that she's been hiding from her fandom friends. I'm not saying it's not made up but it seems like a valid secret, just like it would be if she was saying "I dated that celebrity."

But it's still not really her secret to share. Kind of hard to explain -- if the secret said something like "no one else knows this but I know this fanfic writer is actually 13!" it's not... really anybody's secret besides the writer's, you know?

Yeah that makes sense I suppose. I didn't know the community had a rule like that but I can see that it makes sense to have it, to stop people spreading mad rumors about other fans. I appreciate the work you do as mod here, btw, didn't want to come off like I was telling you how to do your job. Thank you very much for all your hard work!
