At this point there is truly no such thing as an idea that hasn't been done before, and this is a memoir, it's part of you, so as long as you feel it it can still be great. if it gets published and makes some money it'll probably get comparisons to AD, but hey, it's an awesome show and there are way worse things to be likened with.

153. I hear you but I liked it anyway. I'll never ship it but I thought it worked, because I didn't think it was a pity thing so much as just platonic sex between friends. I've done it and I think a lot of people have done it and the fact that she's a lesbian didn't throw a wrench into it for me because you can fuck someone without even particularly wanting them sexually, just because you feel like doing it at the time. if I saw it as a pity fuck I'd hate it too, but I really didn't.
158, crap. I hadn't even thought of that, I'd been looking forward to it because of the awesome casting and dreading it just because it doesn't look all that Trekky at all (and because seriously if Kirk and Spock aren't gay enough - not even all-out gay, but just gay enough - the movie will have failed for me even if everything else gets done right). but now there's that too =(
and all the Watchmen secrets make me happy in my comic-book-nerdy little heart.
