Ozymandias in the comic is my secret Watchmen favorite besides Rorschach (Ozy's a secret because book fans seem to loooove Rorschach and hate Ozy). Comic Ozy is such a fascinating character and I'm a bit sad if people only like him because he's attractive in that generic fandom pretty boy way. I guess I'm taking it too seriously, I mean, who cares?
On the other hand, while I think the movie script did a very poor job with Ozy, I have to like Matthew Goode. I can't dislike someone who ships Ozy/Rorschach and has such charming weird ideas about his character in general. His interviews are great. If I shipped anything with him I'd ship Ozy/Dr. Manhattan too, Ozy/Dan is kind of bleh to me (Dan is kind of bleh...don't hit me!).
