103.) You've already won points by reading the book. At least you read it, y'know? I only finished it in January, myself. xD

142.) If I read and understood that correctly, I agree. And I prefer the movie death scene to the comic one. I really do.

155.) Was the Dark Knight based on a comic over 200 or so pages long? I switch between calling Watchmen a book and a comic. Why? Because, in my opinion, it's both.

155. Well, yes. It was. It was inspired by several different comics, but the one that it (arguably) drew on most was The Long Halloween, which was well over 300 pages in its entirety. Just throwing that out there.

I personally just call them all comics. I think that comics require a different skill set than a book does. Not necessarily a better or worse skill set, and some authors can do both (I am looking right at you, Neil Gaiman), but definitely different. So I give them their due and applaud the skill set in which they've shown proficiency. But that's just me. I think the big debate over what to call them is kind of silly.

I dunno. When anything I pick up and read is over 200 or so pages, I just tend to toss it into the "book" category. Book, comic- whatever. It all works, right? xD

To me, a book is basically anything bound. *insert matchbook pun here* :) It's just when you get into the nitty-gritty with novels and children's books and anthologies and...well. Comics. Etc. I'm really, really not a stickler, but I like all the formats and I really respect the different talents you'd need for each one.

...tl;dr, everything's a book but I like to be specific. XD'' That's just me, though.
