Except for where he says Walter has lusts that go away when he puts the mask on. It's not at all a stretch to see Rorschach as sexual, but so deeply repressed that he'll never act on it. Which is what the secret says.

He also mentions having a wet dream (yuck) when he was younger in the book. I think he's repressed and celibate, too. I guess it depends on your definition of asexual if this still qualifies as asexuality. It seems strange that people are willing to take a character who has UNRELIABLE NARRATOR blinking over his head in huge neon letters at his word when he says he's "free from lust." That said, I think he's also totally straight!

I agree! His issues with sex seem largely bound up with women (including his mother, lol Oedipus complex) being 'whores' and women as sexualized beings in general. On the one hand, he hates people like his mother, but on the other hand, he's turned on, and his frustration with himself only makes him more repressed and more rage-y about it.

Men, on the other hand, are neutral, and safe, because his sexuality isn't threatened by them.

In my opinion, anyway.
