Even other Chinese-speaking dramas produced in Hong Kong or Taiwan show more realistic skin.

I was watching a Taiwanese drama the other day and suddenly realized I was looking at REAL pores and REAL skin textures as opposed to the overly airbrushed "mess" that can often be found in Mainland Chinese productions. I wished they'd tone it down a little.
