But, I mean. The H/W fandom is way cool with gen and UST and the like. There's a lot of diversty in taste among it. I don't get why the OP would feel that they couldn't be open about this.

(Also, I could go on a rant about how people only see Wilson as the one with the unrequited feelings because he's the more feminine one and about how sexuality is a spectrum and you don't have to be 'gay' to have a relationship with someone of the same sex, but no one want to hear all that right now.)

Yeah, I'm with you on 'sexuality is on a spectrum' thing, and I get rather annoyed that people forget about the bisexual thing and also asexual. And people do seem to change slightly through their life though probably not too drastically (unless they were really reperssed).

While it is true that House is the one generally getting hurt by Wilson because of Wilson's emotional AND sexual sluttiness, that doesn't that Wilson couldn't have initiated a physical relationship before or shortly after the infarction, leaving House in his current state of emotional pain to match the physical one.

Or that Wilson couldn't be the unrequited feelings one, because he is just as obsessed with House as House is with him. He's just reallyreally attached to his persona and will never have the guts to be "the oncologist who's fucking his best friend."


I love them both, but I believe they will always end up hurting each other and that they have had sex at some point in the relationship.
