149. Well, if you go with the argument that Shakespeare is terribly overrated as well, he could be. :P
152. She had issues. Just like any of them. Motoko was completely uptight and kept attacking Keitarou, Kitsune kept trying to moneywhore, Su was amazing but batshit, and Shinobu had a merciless crush and no self esteem. Naru was uptight about anything she saw as "perversion" and punched Keitarou's lights out. Just like Motoko. Hell, just like Su, though Su never seemed angry about... anything. :| And Kitsune yelled and egged it on. It was ridiculous slapstick, aaand that was what was supposed to be funny about it -- it was funny, for people who like slapstick. You don't, and that's fine, but it's still funny for other people. And you do realize Naru was the one of them that actually went out of her way to encourage him and give him a hand when he was down and trying to do things with his life and chase his dreams, right?
... lmao at me making a big speech defending/explaining a Love Hina character. Oh, this series. :|
167. You don't find it sexy. Some people do. I don't find "penis" in a fic sexy, or "organ," or "rod." I don't find "dick" sexy either, but I like the word "cock." Some of my friends hate the word "cock" in fics. I don't find any of the words in your list sexy (besides "pussy" when it's used right), but the fact that they use them in porn means they think they're sexy, and some other people do too.
To sum up, I sympathize, but what you like in fics isn't what everybody likes, and some people do like that stuff. Look at any actual porn website (Literotica, for one) and you'll see at least two of those examples alllll over the place.
too big #2: Way to throw a fit about the existance of an artist who doesn't live up to your standards. Also, that comic made me lol quite a bit.
