As someone with a brother who doesn't like me, I do imagine characters as siblings too.

Haha, same. I get really invested in good sibling relationships in things I like. But I also get irritated when the less good relationships are either just normal sibling stuff (occasional squabbles) or worse but played off like the former with people's interpretations/reactions.

It's a complicated feeling
