If it counts --- Critical Role has given me Kima, Keg, Yeza, Dariax and Orym as all short queens and kings I would not mind if were real

Wolverine was my favorite Marvel character for years not only because he kicks butt and is just all around badass, but he does it while being the same height as me. (And I'm short for a female.)

This also helped me be even more fond of Kenshin (the character... I know there are issues with the mangaka) than I already would have been.
