Question Thread
(Anonymous) 2022-01-26 05:51 am (UTC)(link)Re: Question Thread
(Anonymous) 2022-01-26 06:09 am (UTC)(link)My question is, is my body lacking something that I'm craving something so....carby?
I don't crave rice, bread or ramen (late December I went through a ramen phase but I'm tired of ramen now lol), just pasta.
And is it just a taste thing to start to not care about meat? I grew up in a meat eating family. I've always liked to eat meat, but in recent months IDK...like meat tastes good but it's not the star of the dish anymore for me. I don't like to waste food, meat especially so I feel bad/weird when even 3 slices of steak feels like too much meat to go with my bowl of ramen.
Is it just a change in tastes? I'm in my 30s and I've always had a rather simple love affair with food, which is, I like most foods and can eat almost anything. preferences are changing?
