She turns 7 on Weds, actually! She wants her hair to get to Rapunzel length before it's cut, but it's super thing and tangles really easily. (Alas for me)

You need to find someone with cooler (and shorter) hair than Rapunzel that she can copy. Or maybe tell her she can make it a cool color as long as it's short and a cool color.

(That would have worked on 7-yo me at least.)
