As OP of the secret, I was talking about "Got a Heart in Me, I Swear" by thepartyresponsible. https://archiveofourown.org/works/28846980

It's a baseball!AU for the MCU (plus some adjacent Marvel stuff), focusing on Clint Barton as a baseball pitcher who is outed as gay and traded to a new team. Some angst, some fluff, lots of found family/team-as-family vibes. I thought they did a good job of translating the characters into a new context, while still making them recognizable.
