Agreed! Half the time I don't know what the secrets are about but just having general fandom conversation is nice and there's not really anywhere else I know of to do that. (Tumblr and Twitter are just not made for in-depth, lengthy, open conversations.)

Agreed. Even if I'm not familiar with the fandom, I can still catch up on fandom news, peoples' thoughts on it, and talking about tropes.

Agreed!! Thank you Secret Makers!!! Making secrets is super stressful for me and I tend not to do it, but having someone help out and make the secrets keeps me engaged and participating. I'd forgotten how exciting it is to anticipate the posting of your secret.
