I still don’t know wtf that was about. Like, for me maybe Wilder wasn’t quite as weird as I pictured when I first read the book (and when I was a kid I pictured him as younger looking than how I perceived Wilder for some reason) but…I’d still take that over whatever the hell Depp was trying.
