145 - I agree with you. I don't buy tons of anime DVDS or BJDs. I honestly do not understand the allure of either of the above. But why is one somehow ZOMG WORSE than the other? Don't get it.

148 - The violence in Watchmen is kind of grotesque, but I think that's part of the point. As for the rest of your secret, I have no idea what to say to that.

Beast Boy's great, but the ship just strikes me as out-of-nowhere opposites-attract to the most ridiculous degree.

Ah, gotcha. I'm not fond of Gar/Raven myself, and I was just wondering what someone else's reasons might be for not liking it.

I like Gar and I think he'd be better off with someone less SRS BZNS than Raven.

And I like Raven and think she'd be better off with someone more SRS BZNS than Gar!

EXACTLY. They're really not suited for each other at ALL, are they?

I ship it because it'd just be so interesting to see how these two characters would interact with each other, but only AND ONLY IF they're in character. If I come across smut(LOL like there's any?) I'd just keep on scrolling and I'd click X if they are acting OOC.

Her fics are pretty much why I started shipping them.

I think it would be really challenging to keep them IC. (But then I'm not fond of either of them, so I'd probably never try?)

I'll check out the fic rec, though. I enjoy good writing.

Honest to god, saying any hobby is worse or better or "more worth the money" than another is ridiculous. As long as you enjoy something, and it's not ruining your life/driving you into debt, it's not a waste of money. How can something that genuinely makes you happy be a "waste?"

It's a subjective thing. I mean, tickets to a football game would be a waste of money to me, but obviously not to some other people.

Totally agreed on all counts. I mean, I like to buy video games. Some people despise video games. But they make me happy, so who cares if that's what I've spent my money on?

It really is all subjective. I wish people would realize that and stop wanking about how someone else's hobby is a waste of money.

HOPEFULLY,(as inevitably happens in all comics for some reason) as horrible foe will come up that requires both of their efforts combined and they must set aside their differences to get the job done.

...God that sounds retarded but it is the plot to many a comic plotline. I'm sure you know of this, as from the look of your icon, you've read some comics in your time.
