Fanfic is a space in which anyone can do anything; that's the POINT. Literature has a free speech qualification (in almost every case); so should fanfic. Nah, I was serious. I've been wanting to get that off my chest for ages, and fandomsecrets is a good place to go to say something that could be potentially offensive and get you shouted at if you said it normally.
