I have the hardest time finding eyeshadow pallettes that aren't 90% brown.

I find NYX and ColourPop pretty good, especially when it comes to price/quality. Anastatia Beverly Hills, Juvia's Place, and Jeffree Star also have some good pallettes, if you want to get fancier.

a friend who lives 3000 miles away had to mail me a package of NYX brights because I couldn't find any around here. They sell NYX here but again, they were almost all brown.
