So much anon Castiel love <3. I can't believe there are people that actually hate him. Not really caring about him, that's fine. But HATE him. It breaks my little heart :(

I know. :( I love him to itty bitty little pieces, but I can understand other people being uninterested or even bored. But hate? My theory is that most Castiel-haters are Wincest fans who resent having another major ship in fandom.

Ahaha, yep. Dean/Castiel, though it's unlike het ships in that it stands no chance of ever becoming canon, has a ~*~fanbase~*~, one which is enormous compared to the het ships'.

Totally! Sam and Dean have a wonderful, interesting, and heartbreaking relationship, but personally, I can't get past the brothers thing. They're great in such a brotherly way. Love the SamnDean, not the 'cest. Castiel/Dean, on the other hand, is just... guh. Castiel is falling hard for Dean and it's so obvious and Dean trusts him, improbably, and confides in him. 4x16 made my shippy little heart explode.

I couldn't have summed up Castiel/Dean or Sam & Dean's relationship better myself! I squeeed tons in 4x10 over the shippiness but 4x16 was just perfect :P.

I take solace in the fact that we are fortunate enough to perceive his true visage his true awesomeness. Some fans will just never see it, and I've learned to pity them.
