149. ... I don't even see how that would be "giving Broadway geeks a bad rap." He said nothing offensive in there -- just that he's really not interested in Broadway music or show tunes, and just did musicals because it was what was available, not because it was his dream. He said he didn't have anything against a Broadway theme or songs from musicals, but that he hopes they don't do one this year so he can actually sing the kinds of music he really loves and can showcase what he hopes to make a living doing.
151. God, this is why I don't go to forums/boards like that. It seems like too much of the time, the people with power are elitist asses who get pissed off when people are having fun without taking things 100% OMG SERIOUSLY, and usually decide to get totally insulting about it. Those people are the ones who need to grow up, not the ones they're looking down their noses at.

Having a vagina =/= YOU'RE A GIRL. And one doesn't have to go all the way through surgery to be transgendered. There are a few downsides to surgery, and some people might be fucking scared of it. If she is really a he? It doesn't matter if he ever gets the surgery. Don't claim to know that someone "isn't really" transgendered just because they were born one sex and haven't had surgery yet, or even if they never plan to. It's completely insulting.
