Where does Batman have the ability to imprison people? Are we saying Bruce Wayne builds and runs a private prison? One that will fit every supervillain and mobster in Gotham? Who are we imagining runs and staffs this prison for him, and how is that different from any other prison in Gotham? Or is Batman supposed to run it himself and basically leave them to starve in hidden cells while he's busy doing everything else he does?

Man. If only there was some rich guy with a technology company who could offer to pay for upgrades to make it literally impossible to escape Arkham...OH WAIT.

That would be my superhero name after I kill the Joker and no more innocent people are murdered by him because Batman was being a baby about dealing with a problem. :D
