Aria/Ezra in Pretty Little Liars. When I first watched the show (the first few seasons) I totally bought into the whole star-crossed lovers thing the show tried to push with them. I recently rewatched all 7 seasons with a bit more life experience under my belt, and he's now just a walking red flag. Everything he did and said sounded manipulative to me, even after his ostensible "redemption arc". I wish they'd leaned into that side of his character instead of trying to make him into this big romantic hero.
