Of course I do. I will not constipate myself to spare someone the smell or secondhand embarrassment. Hell, I've been locked in stall stalemates, both of parties waiting to see who will forfeit the bathroom first and allow the other person to poop in peace. I've come to a point where I'm gonna let it go and you can join me or get out. Of the bathroom we're not sharing stalls. Word of advice, and if you're in a place where water is available like that, please do try to do a courtesy flush. If only for the smell if it's a poorly ventilated lavatory.
