Not the anon you replied to but... while I can't say I HATE Peanuts, I can honestly say I never enjoyed them. Was indifferent to them as a kid because I simply didn't find them funny, and thought they thus had no business being in the "funny pages". As an adult I also find absolutely no reason to like them - the nostalgia factor is obviously out for me, I still don't find them funny, or charming, or endearing, or interesting.
I know most people ADORE them, however, and I'm sure they have their reasons, so I generally keep this to myself.

I never found Peanuts that funny either. My dad agreed but also told me it used to be hilarious and that it was suffering from long-runner syndrome. I liked the TV specials, though.
