Yep. They're a couple in the show and in the games. Or at least in Fractured But Whole. It's been a long time since I've played Stick of Truth.

There were other episodes following that one, that further developed the relationship (see "Put It Down"), and according to the brief 30-or-so-year time jump episode (episodes?), they were still together.

Only seen a scant number of episodes in the last, maybe, 8 years, but this still warms my heart.

I really liked their relationship in the Put it Down episode. I haven't watched any episodes after that season but that was probably one of the sweetest moments to come out of South Park.
