Kitty Dental Update

Thanks for all your kind well wishes yesterday!
My cat's surgery went as well as could be expected. He was hilariously loopy when i took him back home. He needed stitches in the end and he will have trouble eating for a few days while he heals. I'm allowed to spoil him and thats what counts. I hope he lets me because he was a bit cranky last night when the pain meds wore off.

oh poor kitty!!! I'm glad he did okay, given his age. I was hoping he'd be okay. I'm sure he'll come around and forgive you after he starts to feel better, poor thing.

I think I never got around to posting on the previous thread about my bun who needed dental work every 6-8 weeks for his entire life and went under sedation every time. Even when he was a senior he took it well, it just took a little longer for the sedation to wear off and... yeah, very loopy and groggy until the next morning, usually, but always came through fine, so I was sure your fella would be okay. :D

Hope your cat sleeps as cutely as the bun did, and that the pain management/spoiling goes well!
