NAYRT but Jada and Will have an open relationship, in the sense that she sleeps with others and he doesn't. People have opinions on that, so that's why you see it mentioned.

She's not actually cheating, but I definitely think they have an open relationship because Jada wants one, and Will is too scared to lose her to disagree.
But it's all speculation, of course.
