Oh look, name-calling. How very mature!

RL is something everyone has to deal with. Unless it involves her not having any internet access whatsoever (which is hard to believe in this day and age), it's not an excuse. It'd only take a couple of minutes to either put up a post for people to submit promts, or to post and say that she can't take care of the community anymore. It's not as if she's done things all by herself before -- which was my entire point, if you'd bothered reading the whole secret before being filled with indignant anger. We members have helped her out on numerous occassions, not to mention the fact that we are the ones prompting and writing in the first place. It's not like the community is her, she doesn't make or break the place -- but she is nonetheless ruining it by her flakiness.

Ha-ha. "Back off, bitch" is an expression. I'm not filled with any anger, though you seem to be. Come on, anyone familiar with that comm would recognize that icon. Your secret is a thinly veiled personal attack.

No, the community isn't hers. (I don't consider any comms that I mod mine.) But you seem to be allowing her to get under your skin.

Have you tried contacting her? offering to co-mod? starting an off-shoot comm?

So, sure, she may be flaky. She's also human.

Step off. Just because you have nothing better to do than refresh your eljay waiting for a prompt list doesn't mean that that holds true for everyone else.

You want to get a prompt post up now? Contact the mod. Ask if she'll post it. Ask if you can post it, since you apparently have nothing better to do than sit around and hate. Go start your own challenge comm. But quit sitting around whining that the mean people on the internets aren't entertaining you.

Just a general suggestion; I've taken over modding Springkink temporarily in the past and I think I'd be able to get enough time together to do so again across the next three months. Would people be alright with that?

As to animadri's alleged 'flakiness', without saying anything specific because it's not my place, real life hasn't been so perfect and name-calling doesn't especially help.

So! Anyone up for a new round? Accepting prompts March 1st -> March 12th, post list for claiming March 14th, posting starting in May to give people plenty of time to write?
