Re: Sleep schedule
(Anonymous) 2022-04-04 07:33 am (UTC)(link)This is true. But also, the world is far, far more tailored to morning people than night people. If you think otherwise, you're either oblivious, or you're just assuming "night people" are people who like staying up until 2 or 3AM sometimes, and not, y'know, people who struggle to ever sleep before 3AM at the earliest. The difficulties people with that sort of sleep schedule face are a dozen times the difficulties you face if you find yourself running on empty a little earlier than the average person. Like, unless you are literally exhausted and ready for bed at 2PM every day, the two are just not comparable.

(Anonymous) 2022-04-04 06:03 pm (UTC)(link)I know, it's more easier to be a morning person usually. But it's not some great conspiracy. It's just people tend to live their life around sun. It's like we usually prefer to get our vitamin D and natural light or something. Life is too rigid though and does not account for differences.
