Over 30 years old, married, and no cats - only because the previous one died of feline leukemia and I'm not over it yet. Got me a couple of kids, yet still, I wanna stand over there, with the nutcases that own cats. Rather hang with them with you, you intolerant little twerp.

This. Not quite thirty yet myself, but admire the hell out of any number of thirty-and-up women in fandom, cats or no cats.

Really, what's wrong with intellectual pursuits that make you happy? That's what fandom is. That and laughter and arguments and creativity, which the world also needs more of.

We should stop this when we get out of high school? Pshaw!

I AM NOT THIRTY OR A WOMAN OR A CAT-OWNER.

BUT I DO HAVE DOGS AND FANDOMS AND I PLAN TO KEEP ALL OF THAT WELL INTO MY THIRTIES.

(perhaps not the same dogs, thirty is a long ways off)
