Preferences are preferences, and ultimately we're in fandom for entertainment, not to read fic that does nothing for us.
As an aside, can people please stop saying 'girl' and 'boy' for adults? You're writing slash, not fic with 'boykissing,' or het, not fic that contains 'boyparts and girlparts.'
154. It's not dead, bb; there are still prompts getting filled. But it probably won't pick up completely til next spring.
166. Not seen the old BSG, but agreed. I can't get into sci-fi shows unless there's camp and lulz to be found. And BSG was just so dark and humorless that it was a chore to watch.
