101. Hell I almost wish I was you right now because my backlog wouldn't be so hugetastic. ANYHOO. I can't stand racing, sports and online games like WoW and Quake and WW2 shooters. I am not ashamed of myself for not liking every single genre there is so that I can live up to some ideal of a "true gamer". You like the genres and stories you like, and as long as you game you're a gamer in my eyes. 'S just the way it is, and as long as you don't try and preach the gospel of your games to those who don't like them, who are you hurting with those preferences anyway?

But if Disney was a zombie he would most likely just laugh at your futile attempts to bring him down, then eat your brain with some kind of witty one-liner like "Well if your mind's not open to dreams, I know a place it can go to!"... which is kind of longwinded and not very clever, not something along those lines.

Oh lord can I agree with you on that first part. My backlog is threatening to crush me right now and I keep getting more games. Heck, I just picked up Gears of War today and I haven't even finished Fallout 3 since I bought it last year on Black Friday.

Oh yes, I KNOW THE PAIN OF MANY GAMES. And now that I have my own income I use so much on cheap, used games that I always wanted to play but couldn't, and it's like I HAVE NO TIME TO PLAY ANY OF THEM. But I just keep buying more because they're used and if I don't SOMEONE ELSE WILL. And I can't have that.

I will soon be joining your ranks, once I have my own income.

Gosh, I already have Zack and Wiki and Super Metroid, and there are a ton of nostalgic games on the Virtual Console and SuperNES games I never got... and soon enough I'd like to get me a PS2 and play some classic PlayStation games I never could. Or that I played at a friend's house for two minutes and went squee over.

What is it?

From a game called The World Ends With You. The funny part is that the main character Neku is dressed up (the game is an RPG in modern times so instead of armor they have fashion brands) in bra, highheeled shoes and various feminine accessories. And he truly can be a little bitch sometimes, so the macro is quite fitting for him, you see.

Thanks! Makes me want to play that game now. Well, I sorta did before, but I don't know much about it.

Haha, I play games so slowly (there goes another stereotype -- I'm not actually very good at videogames) that I've managed to build up a pretty serious backlog despite my limited tastes. I got some games for Christmas that I haven't even touched yet.

There's one advantage of branching out - non-RPGs are waaaaay shorter. When I started playing other genres, like PoP: Sands of Time or something, I was all, "What do you, I'm at the end? It hasn't even been 40 hours yet!"

uhhhh that was supposed to be "what do you MEAN." I'm also great at typing.
