ROFL funny you should say that. I was just drawing him earlier to attempt to get in the swing of it; his face is pretty anatomically spot on and ...he's...surprisingly in shape (it must be all that running around to save his ass)? THAT MENTIONED, even though he is a tremendous dickweed, I actually love him for all his flaws rofl. Including not having the bite to back up his bark, but hey, that's pretty a pretty realistic portrayal of the government bigwigs. He's hilarious.

AND YEAH YOU ARE RIGHT. WTF. HIS FASHION SENSE IS FUCKIN SWANKY. I mean, he's not the most attractive dude, that's for sure (he looked especially bad with that unflattering slick-back hairstyle), but DAMN does he ever know how to dress. XDD

You pretty much summed up the reasons why I like him. XD AND FFF YES HE KNOWS HOW TO DRESS. I mean, there are some, uh, PRETTY INTERESTING outfits in the series. Spandam is definitely among the REALLY FUCKING COOL.

I think he looked older with the slick-back hairstyle than with the mask, which is pretty amusing. Not to mention he just looked totally different. As in a totally different character. Wat. But at least he had some awesome expressions. XDD

AHAHAHHAHA WTF AT SPANDAM FANS EXISTING. yay. Dude his like. Outfit when he was the chief of CP5. Also his cape...thing...when he was dragging Robin around. Funny he has such a nice style of dress, but he can't seem to be bothered with his hair anymore. XD

YEAH I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN. I think it's cuz like--that mask hides a majority of his wrinkles? ROFL Also he has pretty crazy cheekbones, but yeah, cuz of the leather straps...Also, hair in the face is pretty flattering when you have unsightly facial qualities! Ironic that older and disfigured, he's actually more attractive.
