Transcript: I never thought a Questionable Content character could annoy me more than Clinton...until she turned up. She's just so cutesy and twee and nauseatingly wholesome. I especially hate how she oh so quickly befriends every member of the main cast that she meets. That said, I still hate her slightly less than Jamie from Girls with Slingshots, at least for now.

B!S: I think Clinton/Elliot is a godawful pairing. Elliot can do so much better, not that it would take much.

Ugh, I can’t stand her either. I think the biggest thing is that she doesn’t seem to have any personality besides being weirdly friendly and cute/twee. The cast is already more than big enough, I don’t want it padded with boring characters. There are so many other more interesting people the strip could be spending time on.

I guess I don’t hate Clinton quite as much as you seem to, but I fully agree that Elliot could do much better. And I’ll be particularly annoyed if Clinton/Elliot ends up being mostly about Clinton being awkward and anxious while being consoled by Elliot.
