And everyone would end up infighting, because the reality is, there's no consensus on what a pure, unproblematic story contains. And you'd get the conservative religious types clashing with the far left purity police.

Oh everyone's getting denied! NO ONE CAN ENTER! (Because then they'd realize there are no fics!)

And the reasons for denial would get increasingly more insane. "Um, you don't have a history in fandom before 2019, you must be hiding something from me nice try." "Yeah, no, anime fans who speak english are cultural appropriators and that's not ok." "You gave way too much personal information, why would I want to know your favorite colors? I feel uncomfortable we don't approve groomers in this archive sorry not sorry."

(And I wish the new age fandom police and the conservative religious types disagreed more. Every time they overlap it makes my stomach hurt.)
