Even though this is very much my kink, I totally get it, OP. The people insisting it is somehow inherently superior are stupid. It is a kink. It is fantasy. It doesn't have any inherent value to it other than for the person whose fantasy it is.

It isn't somehow more feminist than female sub/male dom kink is. And being into femdom isn't inherently feminist (see for example the number of very sexist men into it). You know what is feminist? A woman being free to embrace her own sexuality, whatever that is, and not being judged.
