I mean, I usually don't mind when people point out misspelling IF IT'S DONE IN A FUNNY WAY. You can make jokes on someone's mistakes with humor and respect or you can be a piece of shit and be a bully just to make other people talk about you. It's different if twitter user1234 points out a mispelling and it becomes a meme or if JKR, a world known author with millions (?) of followers, mocks an account (and directly insult their benevolent intent) on a social network.
The context that anon provided makes it so much worse. I almost can't believe this is real.
