Probably 'cause both protagonists are male (who else you going to ship? Mary and Sujatha are just there as passing mentions) and that page up there seems like a classic setup to Deeper Meaning and Lasting Bonds of Affection.

(Somehow it also strikes me as what Hetalia would be like. I've never read it GYAUAAAAAAAHHHHUUGGHGH please don't kill me)
