Estinien/Alphinaud (to some degree of success) and m!Azem/Hythlodaeus (to much much less success) at the moment. I'm absolutely feral for both pairings right now, and I'm just glad that my wife is too because at least I have SOMEONE to talk to about them, haha. I think I'd explode otherwise.

Yo!! I've been refreshing my search for Estinien/Alphinaud everyday for months lmfao. I'm also into M!WoL/Alphinaud and have exhausted that too. None of my friends are into these ships so it's been tough-going, but I've been keeping from exploding by writing fic for myself. I wish you luck with your future searches. May more Estinien/Alphinaud and other beloved ships come our way.
