This got ignored when I said it before but I'm going to say it again. That little group of people was too small to repopulate a whole planet without a LOT of inbreeding, Worf's brother has human DNA, what if the kid he has with that alien woman looks more human than like one of them, and I know she was intended by the writers to be charming and innocent but the alien woman Worf's brother got pregnant comes off as dumber than a box of sticks.

And also super squicky, the whole visiting anthropologist knocks up unsuspecting native woman trope was dubious even for the time of the episode.
