(Anonymous) 2009-04-02 10:56 pm (UTC)(link)Ok, I have to say I didn't mind her much at all before all of this happened, so the way he did it (I guess to get Kyuubi out) was really fucking stupid. It's just all the fantards who ate that shit up like candy annoyed the hell out of me, thinking it was the most fantastic thing she did EVAH.

I personally like Hinata's character. But I really wish she was shown more so that that scene would be more probable. Given that it happened, you would expect some buildup for it. Which wasn't really..eh...given. She just got stuck in the background for a whole lot of scenes in Naruto and shippuden. Then jumps out for a tiny bit and is hauled off again. Even as someone who likes her, I feel like the scene, in hindsight, was done somewhat lazily. :\
