That basically makes you a unicorn. :P

But really, her point is just that slash is female-authored. Similar to the way mainstream porn is male-authored. Even if some women actually like porn videos or help produce them (just as men can like slash, or write it themselves), they aren't made for women. They're made for men. There's very, very little that's not. They don't reflect what the majority of women find sexy. And they're often totally unrealistic too.

So she's not saying that men (gay or straight) can't like slash; just that it's not really made for men, and the [gay] guys coming in and saying, "But my relationships aren't really like that," are missing that point.

Yeah, I get that. I also understand why some people would find it offensive (for the same reason people find porn offensive... only in reverse). I say write whatever floats your boat. You're not making me read it.

Personally a larger fan of the slash that isn't just pr0ns.

Eh, I'm guessing it's probably more in reaction to all the "if you're a woman and don't like female characters or f/f porn, you must hate your own snatch" secrets. Bit of an overleap in response, though. OP could've just said "m/m is what some women like to read, get the fuck over it" and it would've been less offensive.

Or, in the spirit of 95 percent of the secrets around here, a macro of two dicks with the words "I SHIP IT" or "I'D HIT IT LIKE TITANIC ON ICEBURG" superimposed over it. *G*
