Might as well call Martian Manhunter, Starfire, the non-human Green Lanterns and the rest of the alien heroes cheaters then. If you're talking about powers though then J'onn still applies since he's more Godhax than Superman (he has Kal's powers plus he's a telepath who shape shifts and phases).

There are tons of people out there who think "LOL, you're going to hell."

Every hardcore believer of their religion believes that people who deviate from these beliefs (even by small degrees) are damned. Basically every Mormon, every Catholic, every Muslim, every Baptist, everyone who truly believes that their way of finding salvation is the only one that can attain the grace of God believes this. Every time they revel in the fact that they're either were chosen (Calvinist-style) or have chosen the only path to salvation, they're going "LOL, you're going to hell" in your direction.

The only difference between them and the WBC is that they try neither to convert people nor try to attain good press or a good reputation.
