115. On the one hand, they do use real world geography (Japan, southwest US, mentions of South America). On the other, it's apparently not uncommon for people in the 'verse to have naturally blue or purple hair.

Yeah, true, though IIRC they also have some places that are completely made-up? I don't know, it's been years since I watched Pokemon. Anyway, my point was... uh. I'm not really sure what my point was! Probably that I doubt the people who actually made Pokemon thought that hard about it in the first place.
