My cousin's cat is such a cuddly cat lol. I had been petting him and he was purring like a motor, and when I left and came back, without petting him and he was all stretching his claws into the wood as he usually does when you pet him for a while. He's just such a...idk but he loves being pet and rubbing up against people. And then he meows at you if you don't start/when you stop.

I miss my dog (passed away) but she was the cutest scruffiest little dog. Love her. <3

As for my own contributions... Went into the bathroom today, came back out and found a fuzzy flat lump just outside. :D

As opposed to one of my other bunnies, who is just perfectly rabbit-shaped. Like if you said "think of a rabbit", this is exactly the shape I would imagine.

And my "aggressive" girl, who was mistreated by her first humans, hates everyone and everything except me and this dorky cat, with whom she'll sit peacefully and watch out the window.

Man, i'd love to, but no account for that other than FB.... I guess I should consider getting an Imgur account.

For my recent b-day, my littler brother got me/us a stainless steel cat water fountain, and it's *awesome*. Two of the three cats have drunk out of it, and possibly the third, but I haven't seen him do it yet. They all spent a good day and a half sidling around it and being weirded out.

I'm dog-sitting this week, and I'm pretty sure the dog wants to use it, heh.

My older cat started being really screamy in his old age. The most amusing is when he meows really load for several minutes to show that he have found my other cat's favorite toy.

Got my car back. Again. This'll be the third time the same problem got "fixed" in the last couple months, the second time in a week. It better not happen again and this car had better last me for a couple more years at least, considering all the stuff I've had replaced or repaired trying to stop this thing from happening.

Second covid shot tomorrow, nervous about side effects but less nervous than I was the first time because it mostly hit me like "normal people", and I hope that continues.

Finished T&B2 last night and am now squeeing on Discord with other folks and telling myself I really should not write the trollish crackfic that occurred to me earlier (as if T&B canon isn't trollish crack).

Well, I'm currently in a hotel in Overland Park, Kansas. I'm here for a conference that starts tomorrow. It was a really interesting drive since more than half of it was basically in the middle of nowhere with nothing and nowhere to stop if I had needed to.

Right now I have a headache, so I'm just laying in bed watching Youtube vids. WhatCulture mostly.

Found out my ex step-mother was mauled to death by her own dog. The dog had to be put down because it attacked the officers when they arrived. I didn't like my step mother at all but what a horrible way to go.

Had orientation for a second, hopefully evening, job. Did a chest, shoulders, triceps workout. Having home-made Tacos for dinner tonight.

I'd say, it was a pretty productive day today.

Well, today I finally managed to get the ER I went to last week (I broke my ankle :C) to send the record of my visit to my PCP, so now they can finally get me the referral to an orthopedic surgeon, which was supposed to happen last week. The temporary cast I've been wearing is itchy as hell, full of jagged edges and bits of velcro that scratch up against me and drive me up a wall. Also it's coming unraveled and I haven't been able to shower in a week. Wet wipes only help so much and I can't find the waterless shampoo, so my hair is in real bad shape. Ugh, the sooner I can get seen by an orthopedist and trade this stupid cast for one that doesn't constantly scratch and poke me, the better. Anyway.

After I got that taken care of, I rewarded myself with weed, cake, and dumb cartoons. Now I'm about to reward myself again with red beans and rice, more weed and a little DS9. Because dammit, little pleasures are all I have left.

Got my reel mower (the old-fashioned push kind, no motor, no gas, no electricity), and have been running all over the yard with it today. I love it! It's a little rough going over the enormous mole-tracks and all the sticks the stupid Tree of Heavens drop, but otherwise it cuts like a dream.

Monstrous Bebe and her BF loved it, too, and both of them had to take a turn cutting some grass, heh. I've wanted one for a couple years, and this year was the year!

Also, tomorrow having a foundation company come and tell me the unimaginably high quote to get a weeping tile system installed in my very wet basement. I won't be able to do anything about it for probably a year or more, but I want to have an amount in mind for when I start actually can do it.

Being very anxious about work due to unforeseen events that I'm trying hard to handle. Also anxious about the weather getting warmer, which means return of the nasty bugs in my apartment. I have been taking precautions there but moving stuff around and cleaning up is exhausting. Other than that, taking my mind off of things by playing Xenoblade 2.

I'm going to go to my best friend's house tomorrow to pick something up. Not sure if they will want me to hang around or just grab it and go because when I talked to them this afternoon they didn't know what else they would have to do tomorrow if anything. I am waiting for a pair of eyeglasses to get made up. Baby's First Prism Lenses - I'm really hoping that I'll be able to read without eyestrain soon. (Fingers crossed.)

I just played an indie erotic horror game (demo ATM), and I found myself taking the safe choices because I didn't want to find out what happens if I did not acquiesce (aka LI/antagonist goes ape shit before planned). I surprisingly (or maybe not?) Enjoyed it and can't wait for the full game.
